Head of the EU Delegation in Armenia Raul de Lutzenberger was invited to Yerevan State University European Studies Center to deliver a lecture.

The lecture was attended by master students in European Studies (European Studies Centre) and their colleagues from International Relations and Law faculties.

During his lecture Raul de Lutzenberger presented the main directions of internal and foreign policy of the on human rights protection and discrimination, used tools and projects.

Raul de Lutzenberger presented the main formats of the partnership, in the frame of which Armenia cooperates with the EU. Not very often you get informed by the mass media that the EU discusses human rights issues with the RA government, but I assure you that these discussions are carried out constantly, – said our guest.

The Ambassador noted that he frequently hears complaints that the EU activities in Armenia in the field of human rights are not visible. The ambassador said: I accept, but I have to mention that very often the invisible activities are much more effective than the transparent ones.

After the lecture the students were provided with the opportunity to ask the ambassador questions on various issues.
